Fine fine margins in football, between making the right move and wrong move.

Disgrace he wasn't given a chance here. Anyway we have no chance of keeping him now with the release clause in his contract. Good luck to the guy.

Perplexed we've got an absolute horrendous hologram playing on the left-side, said hologram was portrayed as the 'new Azpi'. Gaslighting the masses (me excluded) into believing Cucurella the "New Azpi" is nasty scandulous business.
Massive disserve to a footballer that once was a stalwart in defence, genius defending 1-on-1 in his heyday unlike the mannequin...comparisions couldn't be anymore further from the truth.
Highest order of Insulting Azpi & Cucurella were mentioned in the same sentence - https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/article/tuchel-excited-by-the-new-azpi-cucurella

Cucurella will stick around like a bad smell, much like (the other record signing) Kepa. Both a byproduct of giving power to hopeless talent ID managers.

I wish the proposed Cucurella loan to United had gone through. Anomalous matches in which he looks above average may fool dummies, doesn't fool me.
I'll never be one to fall into the classic trap, of thinking Cucurella is in any way, shape or form the standard requred (much like in the case of Kepa).

Strike while the iron is hot, sell sell sell!
Best opportunity to move him on.
Parasites must go...himself and Kepa are top of the list.

Don’t forget Lukaku. Another player on huge wages that needs to go. If we can get £20-30m for Cucurella we should 100% accept.

Kepa will be part of the loan army until his contract runs out. No one is going to pay us anything for him.

There's a market for Lukaku. I don't think we'd find too difficult offloading him. Likely have to take a payout though, if is it to be Italian club again.
Saudi Arabia will happily pay full wages (if not significantly more than his salary at Chelsea) and transfer fee, to have him play in their league.

The only solace I can take now from Kepa' situation is that next season will be final year of contract, chances of permanent departure this summer is high. Cl
Can't be a loanee again with 1 year remaining on his contract.
