Looks like it's going to be an easy 3 sets victory to Alcaraz.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's becoming one sided enough for me to actually support Djokovic just to make a game of it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nah, I want it over as quickly as possible … so I can watch the Scottish Open golf.
Easy hold but not threatening Alcaraz serve. Can see why this set finishes 6-4
Novak's best game so far.
Comeback on?
Oh no it doesn't sorry it ends 6-3 this set

Things can change very quickly and very dramatically in tennis
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't see it this time. After the Alcaraz win over Djok last year I think he's got his number, especially as Djok is 37 years old.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Same - add on that Djokovic has recently had surgery. He was trying to shorten the points for a reason. Beating Alcaraz ìn 3 was probably his best bet.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I would say Djok has already exceeded expectations just getting this far. Fed and Nadal were done by this point of their careers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To be fair, in this tournament Djoko’s had a ridiculously easy route to the final, including a QF walkover … Southgate-esque.
Nice comfortably hold for Carlos.

Still something to get this far for him at this age. Even against weaker opponents you would expect cracks to be more visible.
I'd be surprised if we saw Djok lift another trophy again.

This is sad.

It's GOAT vs future GOAT.
Got to remember that Djokovic isn't immune to errors or covid.
Facking hell Djokovic must be drunk

Break him!

He does
Alcaraz 5-2 up in set 2 and serving for the set.
Horrible net shot followed by a double fault. Terrible game for him
A bit like an ageing boxer after one bout too many. Serena knew when to hang it up. I wonder if 'me, myself and I' Novak will!
Crowd should boo Djok to try and motivate him.
Novak will do the old ‘Toilet break’ routine once he looses this set.
Alcaraz needs to hold his concentration. Believe it or not, sometimes it can get too easy.
