Solid enough, but slow as fck and unsuited to the style of football the manager wants to play maybe.

De Ligt is faster than him (which is not saying much) but most importantly hes a youngish player with massive experience something we will need.

Bayern fans have been complaining all season about Tuchel playing Dier ahead of De Ligt.
He is wont to make some pretty weird looking decisions about players.
Dier was their best defender.
A lot of people seem to watch Bayern Munich week in, week out it would seem…
De Ligt’s a very good player. My biggest concern with him would be that he had knee injuries last year. We really need to steer we’ll clear of players who have been picking up injuries.
We need to consider a wout weghorst move

Either way.....he's still not great and he is incredibly slow. How do we try to move towards playing a high line and squeezing the game with De Ligt in the team?
ETH should get zero input on transfers for me. He should get given the player that suit a style coming from the new team when it's fully in place and he should be left to coach them.

I don't watch them every week but seen them and him plenty of times. He's not that great and you're right about the injuries.
So he's a slow CB with injury issues.....why on earth do we want that?
Bayern don't sell top player at the age of 24. 👍

Bayern don't usually sell their best players. So I would caution the move. And if he has had injuries, then seeing how we have dealt with injuries for years, it's probably best to stay clear. Our medical department is yet to be sorted out.
