To be fair, Everton were hampered by the sending off of the world class Ashley Young. Was all downhill from there, as it would be for any team.

They were already 2-0 down though.

It’ll be a good test early on, if we can come out with 3 points that’ll be a very good sign.

It makes no difference if they lose a manager or whole chunk of their squad, they simply carry on playing the same way. Very impressive club.

We have to tread carefully, they are a tricky opposition for any club least of all one that is very profligate when on top and when not they allow a freedom of the entire midfield.

That central midfield is still a big worry, will always be until we get a top midfielder or two to give us control, protection and goal threat.

3-0 away to any PL side is impressive, but I do think Everton are going down this season,

On paper, a draw away to Brighton is a poor result, and I think our manager will feel the same.

We should win, but we need to play well to do so.

Anything else is a let down.
