There has to come a point where these managers need to wise up. He had a good job at Sporting money wise he's obviously better off but in reality for his career he would of been better waiting for a better job to come along unless he's just waiting for the pay off, from a sporting perspective is it really a big job anymore.

Very early for those statements about pay offs, he's not even been in charge a month lol.

As for his career choice, if he turns it around at united over the next few seasons his stock will be through the roof.

Admittedly I did wonder about this when he got appointed, any manager that has looked at us in the last 10 years or so would see a trend. And a smart manager with skills, would see thins and know their next move could be pivotal for their rise. So he seems ballsy to me, he’s decided to take the next step and take on a big challenge rather than incrementally do it. It’s either a genius move or he’ll get delayed or derailed.
