First 2 Challenge Tour events are today.
Beau Greaves going well with a 5-1 win over Merkx and a 5-2 over van den Velde.
Not so good for Fallon Sherrock, who lost 5-3 to James Evans-Bradford. Home town favourite Pat Scurfield went out in first round.
Simon Whitlock and Andy "the Hammer" Hamilton are just starting in last 64 clash of former big names.
Greaves, Merv King and Unterbuchner among those through to last 16.
King, with a 110.5 average, smashes Hall 5-0.
He plays Unterbuchner in the quarters, while Beau meets Coates and Bellmont and Bottenberg face up.
Simon Whitlock, after stuffing Hamilton, beats Shane Turner 5-3 to also progress to the quarters where he meets Lishman.
Greaves 5-3 Unterbuchner
Bellmont 5-3 Lishman
Beau Greaves wins her maiden challenge tour title with a hard-fought 5-4 win over Bellmont.
The Swiss star had match darts but couldn't seal the deal, allowing Beau to take the victory.
Event 2 is already underway!
Greaves straight back with a 5-2 win.
Pat Scurfield gets a maiden win on the Challenge Tour this year, 5-0 over Arno Merk.
Over in Dubai, Humphries battles past Aspinall 6-5 - both averaging over 100.
Bunting is impressing - 4-0 up on Dobey and 109 average. Can he complete the job?
6-0 with a 111 average.
Magic darts.
Brilliant win for Pat Scurfield over Mike Warburton on the CT
Price mms away from a 9 darter and loses the leg to a 12 dart LL leg.
Price leads 4-2 though.
that was a mental match !
Littler averaged 105 & got battered
Sometimes in darts you just have to applaud the opponent and move on.
Price certainly justified his PL place with that performance and looks to have got over his slump.
Nebrida did the "locals" proud, but falls short of a semi.
Humphries vs Bunting next, with Price vs Wright in the second semi.
Over in the CT, Beau Greaves misses a lot of match darts and loses 5-4.
Bit premature Thought it was first to 6.
Great win for Bunting
