Funnily enough a combination of Zirk*#@# and Hojlund would make a pretty good footballer

It’s crap play on his name anyway as he doesn’t play anything like him. Weghojlund works better.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was gonna go with Jerkzee but I didn’t wanna come across like I hated the guy
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I've heard that your dimly lit basement is filled with newspaper cuttings of Zirkzee and grainy telephoto lens pictures of him leaving and entering his house.

I quite like Zirbatov. Saunters around the pitch, shows a bit of class, but then is lazy and often looks shiiiiit.

He’s been an utter flop there’s no debate but as mentioned in the OP he has actually been a decent bench option in recent weeks and anyone saying otherwise is just hating.
So hopefully we have at least a short term replacement in this window because Maz and Dalot doesn’t work.
Big fan of Maz but his game doesn’t suit WB and Dalot has been awful this season.

Mazraoui has had some really good games at RWB

You’re not wrong and the only thing that brings me joy is Madeline McCann watching Matth videos on YouTube and giggling in the way that only she can

He has but I don’t think he has the dynamism for the role long term. He’s a good defender and ball player but not someone who’s going to consistently pound up the line and cause issues which you really need in this system.

For the sake of camaraderie I’m going to use that name going forward lest anyone should think I’m a #hater
I’ll use Weghojlund because I am a hater.
I miss Cavani, our last decent striker
I don't hate Hojlund at all but, for those that do, I'm really disappointed you've not used "Rasmiss".
Hojlund seems more interested in backing into his defender and falling over, rather than kicking the ball.
Wouldn’t be accurate. He’s so shiiiit he doesn’t even take shots that he can miss. He’s basically the Danish Van de Beek.
I think we all agree Anthony is not good enough and we would happily see him gone, but I really don’t see the point in this loan if there is no option to buy and they aren’t covering the wages in full. While people will say he could go there and do well and get in the ‘shop window’, that is highly unlikely as they are low profile club and as far as I know aren’t in European competition, so he would need to knock up some ridiculous numbers for it to even register. And with little wages being covered and it being a loan it doesn’t even open up PSR possibilities.
Betis are in the conference league. They’ve got form for taking underperforming players and getting their careers back on track. I think it’s a decent move.
Best of luck to him, he’s always seemed to put his all into the game, he just isn’t good enough. Hopefully he finds some form and some potential suitors make bids in the summer.

I agree, I think he can play at wing back against sides we expect to have possession, but he isn’t suited to the role in games like Southampton imo.
I reckon Anthony will do well on the continent as he did before, being at Man U clearly isn't for many players even Di Maria was crushed under the clubs toxicity.
Antony’s lack of pace has been a real problem for him in the prem as well. Could fair better in Spain where there’s less reliance on pace for wide players.
