Starting to think this is not possible and the players are trying to get the manager the boot
Above list is ridiculous and it's been going on for months now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Two seasons 👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Last season was a bit different because in the new year we got fecked over by the AFCON losing Sarr and Bissouma for weeks and lost Son to the Asian Cup. Bisouma got himself suspended for 4 games which meant with the AFCON he was missing for 2 months, despite being fit. Romero only really miss games after being suspended. Richarlison was his usual in and out self. Udogie missed the end of the season.
This year is way worse and all happening at once.

We lost VDV, Romero and Udogie in that suicidal Chelsea game
Don't think this is just Spurs, lots of teams seem to have players out. Too many games to play. There is a limit to how often players can play - not that the FA, FIFA and UEFA seem to know that. Anyway cheer up - you've got us at the end of Feb - that's 3 points in the bag.

Spurs players get a slight knock, then go missing for weeks. I am sure some don't want to play through the pain barrier.
Modern players are incredibly weak.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Such a dinosaur response
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now it's called getting of your backside, and do what you get paid to do. I bet if there was a cup final to play in this weekend, they would all be making miraculous recoveries.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My wife works in the NHS and she say its remarkable how patients suddenly become motivated to go home when its Christmas time.
Same happened during Covid, patients malingering in beds for months couldn't get out of hospital fast enough.
Mind you, i wouldn't blame too many of our players for wanting a week off, a week out of the firing line
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was being a bit tongue in cheek Devonshire. But I am sure one or two of our players need a bit of a kick up the arris. Fridge as usual took my comments far to serious.
Did Ange bring his own team in or is it the same fitness coaches from the previous regime?
That team would get top 4.
nah. top 8 maybe
those injured wingers behind Solanke in that line up are testament to the poor recruitment at the club
Yeah we were on 1.6 PPG before the injuries. Would have us in 8th or so

Yes but the injuries will continue - like they did last season.
Ok. Like last season when we finished 5th. That'd be ok

Wow you're really broken
Not saying I'd be happy with 8th but that's realistically where we could expect to be if we'd carried on without all the injuries

We just need Deki to break down and that XI is looking really strong and balanced.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Name that eleven if you can?
I've lost track of who's injured and who's not!

Yes but the injuries will never clear up because of the way we play meaning it’s gonna be bottom half from now on.
And faaaack me 8th - I won’t be dancing in the street
We have to get a replacement for Solanke… as Richarlison can’t be trusted, to go without injury
Apparently we’re interested in Brian Brobbery, along with Man Utd & West Ham
Richy also can't be trusted to hold up the ball. Bounces off him like shame does to an MP.
Get Jonathan David and a second striker in the summer. Richy can be sold for all I care.
My only thought was whether to have Odobert on the left instead of Werner? Werner ideally will drop down to the bench when Monday's injury is announced.

problem solved !! Monday's injury couldn't have been in a better position !
Maddison slots into CAM, and Odobert goes out left.
