But you will put a spin on it for your own agenda.

Nobody on here has any influence either. That's why I don't get overly excited one way or the other.

What do you mean you don’t get overly excited about- your whole reputation on this site is built on getting stupidly over excited and backing us to win a cup or your classic today “City and United at home coming up, that should be 6 points”

Levy is the long term problem, Ange is the short term problem. Yes Levy is to blame for a lot of Spurs' woes but the reason we are this bad and languishing near the relegation zone is more down to the manager, who he should really have got rid of.

What you need is a bit of Ken Bates to realise how lucky you’ve been
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who's this guy? 🤣🤦🏾
----------------------------------------------------------------------
535m net spend since 2016/17
Why won’t levy spend some money
Deluded
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Our transfer spending is on a par with rival teams. However our wages are really low and miles off the top sides - this is a recipe for signing below par players at inflated prices.
We would have been better off spending half the amount on fees and doubling the wage bill - might have 2 or 3 top class players then
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But effectively what you are saying here is you can’t match the spending of your “rivals”. Less players on higher wages = smaller depth.
20 years ago spurs were on a par with teams like Villa leeds and Everton. Compare the four clubs past 20 years and I’d say Spurs have had the better ride with Levy.

No, that’s not what we are saying.
Look this up and it will corroborate what I say:
We are the 8th richest club in the planet and our income will outstrip Liverpool and Arsenal this year. Think about that, outstrip Liverpool and Arsenal.
We have more FFP headroom than any other side in the league
We have the lowest wages to turnover ratio in the league - we spent less of our turnover on wages last year than Burnley did.
So it’s a choice not to spend rather than a constriction. Comparison to other clubs is off the mark - Leeds have never really been as big as Spurs for a sustained period and have been a complete joke for 3 decades now. Everton had a shocking owner who was very close mates with Levy - next year they will be in a ground as good as ours and we’re currently only one point above them - they are catching up. Villa are playing Champions league football.
Spurs pre ENIC were a side used to winning 1 or 2 cups a decade - under ENIC it’s 1 league cup in 24 years, Birmingham City and Swansea have done that
