Rather amusing say Man-city are not guilty. When clearly they are...at one time City had a larger income than Man-united.... SERIOUSLY?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Amazing how much you earn from winning 5 trophies in a calendar year.
Of course you’ll have to take my word on that 😹
----------------------------------------------------------------------
City had sponsorships greater than any other team in the league before they had even achieved a top 4 finish.
Would be like Fulham getting a mega-sponsor deal the equivalent of City's
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Any proof of that?
Now remember guys the Etihad deal is completely above board. Forget for a second that it's an Abu Dhabi based company where the Sheikh's family member just happens to be their CEO. That's not important here
Quite the coincidence isn't it though that the best deal they could get for their main sponsor just so happens to be one under their own control? Nothing suspect about that at all.
It's been an absolute nonsense from the start and the whole football world knows it. The PL opened Pandora's box though and allowed a tinpot club to rewrite the rule book. It's their own fault for allowing it in first place.
Has a football club ever had more legal accusations thrown at them like this? I don't seem to recall.
There can be no winner from the FFP case either. If City's lawyers find loopholes to excuse their cheating (we all saw the emails) and get the case thrown out, the other clubs aren't going to sit there and take it. It's going to be bedlam.
And if City are found guilty for even half the charges then there's going to legal cases brought forward off the back of it by other clubs.
Remember United’s deal with Chevrolet when they pretended they had 800m fans or something 😹

It's not a case of proof. It's all public knowledge. £400m for 10 years.
In 2006, Champions Arsenal announced a 15 year deal worth £100m. They extended in 2018 for 5 years for £200m. Even at that more contemporary date, the value is barely above City's original 2011 deal, before they had even got close to winning anything or establishing themselves as the global club there are now. Most non UK fans didnt even know Manchester had a second club.
Like i say, it would be like Forest or some other club with small global presence suddenly announcing market leading sponsorship.

It quite obviously wouldn’t be, to be fair.
Well if Forest win the Treble next season we will be able to compare figures.
Using Devonshire's logic, it's hard to see how Spurs get any sponsorship considering they haven't won the league for 64 years or in fact any trophy for 17 years as of tomorrow.
Chelsea would be the money magnet with Arsenal a distant 2nd.
It's not a case of proof. It's all public knowledge. £400m for 10 years.
--------------------------------
Wrong again
£20m a year for both shirt and stadium sponsorship. Wow
£200m to build the Etihad Campus, with the Etihad connection there in perpetuity or until someone offers a more lucrative deal that suits all parties.
The same people who tells others "no-one cares about City", congregating around an article about City, talks absolute unsubstantiated twaddle just to show how they still don't care.

Arsenal couldn't win the league if 18 other clubs were relegated and not replaced.

We’d finish 3rd somehow
Does ANYONE really know what's happened and what will the end game be?
I have no idea and will simply wait until it's done, could go either way and if I'm honest I don't really care whatever? I've read a bit about it all and I'm none the honest any wiser, it's mostly beyond my understanding?

Tebas has been whingeing about City since we knocked Real Madrid out of Europe 4 years ago.
He's miffed that the PL is vastly more popular than La Liga on a global scale and he sees City as an easy target to blame.
Ffs, how can City contravene EU rules when we're not even in the EU?

This latest stunt was from 2023, and it's been brought up now for god knows what reason. Maybe it's because Tebas caught wind of the findings of the PL hearings. I don't know.
I think the crusade against City will continue as long as we continue to win things, organisations will target us like: UEFA, PL, La Liga, MAGA, the UN, NATO, the Cosa Nostra, The Masons, and The Illuminati.
£ity are a mid sized English football club, far smaller than Spurs in every way, some financial doping, bought trophies and Daniel Levy won`t change that.
Obsessed with size. Compensating for something?

It's not a case of proof. It's all public knowledge. £400m for 10 years.

Just bloody punish them with relegation already ffs
