Quansah, Rashford, Walker and Henderson for me. In short, I mostly agree.

Tuchel is a complete nonce

What a pathetic selection

4 keepers, plus Walker and Henderson is an utter joke

How can he pick those 2 degenerates up and above Morgan Gibbs-White - the guy is utter clueless

all it needs now is Sterling, probably has him on standby lol

Burn. Henderson. Rashford. Walker. Four goalkeepers.

=====

None of those four are goalkeepers

Maf,

TT, has a limited amount of games 15/16 i think.

He has been brought into to put a squad together that has strength in depth, balance & a realistic chance of winning the competition.

His tenure as I understand it , is not about long term development. Its about getting the job , done.

This squad is a starting point, imo.

The problem lies in the line of thinking that those aforementioned names represent the best chance of 'getting the job done' winning in the short and long-term.
Over the likes of Anderson, Wharton, Branthwaite, Hudson-Odoi,
and Gibbs-White who is a captain at his club.

Tuchel has seen how close England have got over the years, that's with young dynamic fresh players centric to the progressive playing style and relative success.
Leaders aren't born leaders, they grow into leaders and I can see a few young England players developing into that. Bellingham one of them that springs to mind.

This is symptomatic of his time at Chelsea, where he's pretty much only interested in the so-called ready-made that actually aren't as good as he thinks and don't offer anything tangible. (See Azpi at the end of shelf-life wanting out of the club, being prioritised over a dynamic gamechanging Livramento as a pertinent example). Which is never a good sign.

Those player inclusions are a step backward whichever way anyone wants to spin it otherwise. No two ways about it.

Mf,

I can appreciate your view

But as i have mentioned i believe his remit is to build a squad with a balance & get the job done, he will first need to build a spine.

the one thing I will bet my hat on the squad he takes to the competition will be significantly different to his first one
