I doubt they would sack him now. They have no choice but to double down. I think as long as the fans are on-side, he will stay.

This. Finals are rarely free-flowing games. Unless there's an early goal or two that force the other side to go for it.

True, but I think United will get an early goal and will fancy themselves to go on and score more. I think confidence will be high.
