Not that it matters as evil is evil, and It was deliberate but seemingly not terror or pre-meditated by the videos, seems more like road rage as a earlier video shows the car stationery, then his car starts getting booted and kicked and punched then he reverses wildly and then speeds into all the crowd

Having seen the videos I can’t understand why the car was even there in the first place, the street was packed with fans, looks like he wasn’t prepared to wait and things escalated quickly, wouldn’t say it was planned but it was 100% deliberate

Same thing with the German stabbing incident.
Now all of sudden its a white female who was mentally ill. According to witnesses they could see she had mental problems. Brown folks don't have mental problems.
