Marr is awesome, I loved his work with Modest Mouse, guy is a genius at conjuring up hooks.

They won't reform because of his differences of opinion with Morrissey, including on politics, i think?

Rock and metal > Indie.
I used to get so p111sed off when MTV2 rocks used to keep playing indie sh11t instead of rock music! Never had that issue with Kerrang and Scuzz at least.

Not a metal lover myself. Don't mind Metalica but 99% of metal is just blokes who can't sing screaming and shouting.

Just caught the last 20 minutes of Oasis at the BBC.

Forgot how good they are, wish I had a ticket now.

I watched that Oasis doc last night on BBC2, I remembered watching it when it first aired aged 15. Forgot just how bad that Be Here Now album is (and everything after it).

I used to think Oasis were okay but found the hype in the past year annoying. I wouldn't even see them live for £5. I'd happily see bands like InMe, Papa Roach, Trivium for £100 though.
