No. It's like women's tennis. Weak, pathetic and boring.

I am, but for different reasons to my love of the men’s game.

Easier to watch with the kids, easier to get tickets for… generally a different entertainment.

Pleased it’s getting the backing it deserves as well.

I just enjoy watching Football of any kind. From grassroots U10's to the premier league. We all know the men are better, stronger, quicker than the women but it's still entertaining.
Whilst the penalties were largely poor, it made for great TV

If people want to watch women’s football good luck to them, but I’d rather watch non league as the standard is much higher

i hate the punditry and commentary to be honest.

When the women do something pretty basic they're quite literally hyping it up as if Messi just ran round 6 players and chipped the keeper. It's awful.
Anything bad they do is glossed over and forgotten about immediately.

Compare this to the men's game where is anything bad happens, they get scrutinised.

I also think the goals and pitch are too big for the women. Make the goals a bit smaller and the pitch a bit smaller, and stop sugar coating all the punditry and commentary, and it would probably be quite good.

No, not really. But then again, I’ve lost interest in men’s football

No, its sh!te.

Its all miss kicks and running round crowding the ball like 5 year olds. they cant kick the ball hard enough and don't get me started on the quality of the pens.

Yeah enjoying it so far. Atleast it’s not yet corrupted like the men’s game. last nights game was pretty entertaining

Harsh but true

I’ve watched a few of the England games and want them to do well but the quality isn’t great.

I was watching in a pub in London last night, rooftop actually and it was buzzing tbf with a lot of folk watching the game. Mainly dude’s funnily enough.

Those facking pens though

The quality is no where near men's, but
They have not had a hundred years of coaching behind them, hardly any movement between countries let alone continents.
They are bound to get better with good quality coaching at every club. 22 full time players at every club.
Better incomes which will attract gifted athletes who may have chosen other sports.
Of course they will not equal men, but they can provide good entertainment.

Are you kidding?

Women’s tennis is amazing and often more entertaining than the men’s strength game

Spain's second goal tonight!

Not right in the top corner but if forward players could to that with every shot, they'd score every time. Because the goals are to big for these smaller, less athletic players who are often to fat in the arris to get off the floor.

Been watching the Canadian woman's team for years, mostly because our rivalry with the United States. The last thing I would do is compare it to the men's game. I can't understand how some idiots do.
It's a completely different entity and quite enjoyable at times.

I don't have any interest in it but I did watch the pen shoot out and the lack of technique (from both teams) was frightening.

My missis hates it but that's because Coronation Street has been moved around and cancelled on several occasions recently which she can just about live with if it's England but when it's something like Portugal v Finland she gets most vexed.

Saw my first womens football game recently at the FA Cup Final at Wembley United v Chelsea. It wasnt full but a good attendance. I got my ticket free, from the NHS via the Mrs. They offerred free tickets to all NHS workers for the Cup Final yet there were still empty seats around me. The NHS employs 2million people so that was a bit of a gamble by the FA to do that! Makes me wonder how many people actually paid to attend that game. Still a good day out. (We got battered by Chelsea). Plenty of raucous groups of Manc girls supporting United in the Box Park getting Largered up (or should I say Proseccoed up) and singing Nick Nack Paddy Wack and other indecent United songs to the horror of the nice Chelsea family fans. Excellent.

It is more genuine to what sport is about than top level men's football is now. But you can easily find that outside the PL or CL in the men's game as well.

Not meaning to sound sexist but I’ve no interest. Quality and speed is far lower in the women’s game.

I've enjoyed watching the England games. It comes without a lot of the baggage that the top level men's game now has attached to it, I think. As someone else said, the quality will improve with backing and support that has been sorely lacking for decades. I'm sure if the ban hadn't happened then the quality of the football would be further along now.

I'd go and watch some Leeds Women games if they played in Leeds.

Women's tennis is a great watch, and a very clear indicator of how it being a different kind and style of game does not mean it is a detrimentally worse game.

The quality won't improve much. But that's not really the point. The quality in the PL was far poorer 15-20 years ago but was more appealing to most. People often lose sight of why they like sport in the first place. Probably down to media manipulation.

I do admire how the women’s game has grown and there’s a lot to like about the way the games played. Perhaps it depends a little on your age. I’ve found as I’ve grown older I’m not quite as fervent about football so now the women’s game has come to the fore there’s just not enough room to give it any time. Probably something for the new generation of fans.

Not really, I was in a pub the other day and the England Sweden game was on, decided to watch the penalty shootout. Couldn’t believe how bad the standard of penalties were, it was comical, everyone in the pub were laughing.

I don’t watch the Championship, or foreign leagues like La Liga or the Bundesliga and I don’t watch youth games. I barely have time to watch the PL and CL, when the hell am I going to have time to watch women’s football?

It was the worst penalty shoot out I’ve ever seen. They just looked completely awful with a couple of exceptions. I did like Chloe Kelly’s penalty - great technique and one of the few to hit the ball hard.

I have watched the tournaments for a while now, mainly as they are on during the off season and football is football.

Would i tune into any non england, non tournament matches? Unlikely.
