Clearly its been worked out on cash being more important than fans.

From pure logistics (no segregation needed) it is easier to house away fans in the south stand but we would lose an already ever decreasing atmosphere. Those in the south stand would be relocated and scattered around the ground amongst non-singers. It would be impossible to move the south standers into the north stand.

Im not convinced we would sell out with so many corporate seats and probably end up with a lot of empty seats low down to the pitch.

They did invite fans to join the process. I applied and never heard a thing.

LUST would complain no matter what they did if we are honest with ourselves.

I get it, I really do, however having the small stand that we can't really do much with cause of the road behind it have all the smelly and stupid away fans in it makes sense.

People will winge and moan for a week or two after the change and then more or less not ever think about it ever again once they see the shiny shiny new elland road

You couldnt put the away fans in majority of the ground without making major changes. East Stand for example is very open and limited staircases etc. Would mean major spending to make one of the upper wings for away fans only as some have suggested they should be housed. The sensible thing would be to house them in the new West Stand but I bet this would come at major cost with regards to segregation again so it all points to the south stand as none of the corners are big enough.

Yeah I agree, but in the grand scheme of the cost of the refurb how much would it cost to make the East Lower next to the cheese wedge work? The way the NEL works could be more suitable. But it's probably more of an issue in keeping the fans separate outside the ground at that end. The away fans can come in by coach and access the West much easier.

So happy to give them West Lower next to the scoreboard.

Also let 'GA' as Kinnear labbelled it have the rest of the West Lower, and wings of West Upper. Corporate can have centre of West Upper and East Upper like they currently have.

Will we really sell that many corporate tickets anyway with the way they are going up in price?

if you are happy to pay £750 for an immersive 7 course dining experience with Leeds united themed cocktails as the survey asked then I'm not sure you're wanted tbh

100% agree with the point about the west-stand proposed layout. That would be a huge mistake (imho) if it happens like that.
