We’re in serious danger of actually getting our sh!t together but I know I will wake up and find it’s all been a dream .
I don't understand the hate for INEOS. When you see things like this come to fruition, suddenly they don't seem so crap, but it takes time.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's because they have made hundred of people redundant, I would suppose. And increasing ticket
prices when we are mediocre.
I’m not sure what the alternative would’ve been for the job losses, other than doing just a few a year for ages or trying to find them work elsewhere or something.
If we could lose a hundred staff or more but still continue and actually work better, then it was probably necessary, considering the amount of staff in similar positions at other clubs of our size. Never nice to see though obviously.
The ticket hikes particularly on season ticket resales is the biggest irk though, absolutely no need for that considering the amount if means to a fan weighted against the actual benefit to the club financially.
New training ground here we go confirmed now.

INEOS need to build bridges with match going supporters. They have treated them appallingly.

Yeah, I'm not happy about season ticket prices, but it isn't huge. For pensioners it was a killer and I know a few around me who have left.
Redundancies are what they are, too many people are stealing a living in the British economy and I maybe it just made sense to finance and operations.
Too many people on low and minimum wage stealing a living?

And the ETH extension and Dan Ashworth Fiasco.
It's been a very bumpy journey. It's pretty clear Busby has got recent weeks on the brain and forgot all that other stuff.
Give them credit for the £300m investment into the club though. That's £300m more than the Glazers have invested in 20 years which speaks volumes about how revolting that family of parasites are.
It's been a fairly positive summer!
10th is assured for the season ahead.
Our old best friend Indykaila apparently has another Manchester United exclusive landing at 7pm.
Normally that wouldn't even raise an eyebrow but we had David Ornstein crediting him the other day over Baleba story so who knows anymore.
Seen people mention Donarumma to him in the replies but he said it definitely wasn't him.
Intrigued anyway. If we've been priced out of Baleba I wouldn't mind us going in for Wharton. Think he'd be great for us in midfield and was one of my dream picks before the summer window opened.

Another target just in case. To be honest I wouldn't mind getting the 'just in case' target now if cheaper and going all in on a big transfer next Summer. Even if we don't sign Baleba in the next few weeks at least we've planted the seed now.
The big news could just be an exit though I suppose!

----------------------------------------------------------------------
There are too many people working hard but still not earning enough to be out of poverty. Too many insecure and low-paying jobs.
By the way, I'd like to see a breakdown of the cuts United made. Anyone being made redundant deserves sympathy, but I'm sceptical of the popular narrative that it was all long-serving dinner ladies and receptionists. I reckon the moral outrage would be lower on behalf of marketing executives in their 30s and on £60k.
The fact that Ineos had to let staff go suggests to me that the Glazers etc weren't on top of things at all and the 'business' had become bloated.

I don't know much about Stiller (apart from he's the answer to all our problems) but getting him this Summer and sounding out Baleba for next Summer is good planning IMO.
He seems to play (from a single 2 minute video I saw on Twitter) completely different to Baleba, and I didn’t see him sprint once, good passing though. Can’t see how he would be a target after Baleba tbh, doesn’t solve the problem of us having no physicality in CM.
Looks well and a really nice touch at the end there for Kath Phipps.
Hopefully the team can start demonstrating they're deserving of such facilities.

Regardless it would present a good opportunity to pick up a decent playmaker and fill a role that keeps getting ignored.
It might be the last chance to do so before somebody else comes in for him. Not without some faults but I like him. Toni Kroos lite.
It's Adam Wharton by the way!
