Excellent result and performance, fortunate with the penalty but well taken by Nmecha and fully deserved win

I was knackered after 25 minutes

Very pleased with that. Performance almost more important than the result, I think. First half we were great, but needed a little bit of nouse in the attack.

Stach looks a heck of a find. Tanaka was strong too, but made some sloppier touches late on.

Onwards and upwards.

Sounded like Amps, Stach, and Tanaka ran midfield.

Dream start.

Excellent display….dominant first half without that killer instinct. Second half was more even and always felt like they might nick an undeserved goal.
We got the pen which was definitely debatable but we were clearly the better team. Brilliant start.

Ampadu stach tanks is a great midfield for this level.

Back 4 really impressive. I would keep Struijk in the side, Bijol will get his chance at some point.

James is going to struggle to have much threat at this level. A solid player and very useful for a bottom half side but not threatening.

Piroe ineffective. I’m sorry but said a few times we should have sold while value high. Can’t see it working for him in this league.

Nike ha looks great. What was Farke thinking? Start him and maybe Piroe would look better coming on last 20. Similar to the Joseph situation start of last season.

Gudmundsson Stach are brillaiant signings. Can see why club went for Stach at much lower price than Diarra. Not saying Diarra bad player but Stach better value and better suited to a side that needs to stay up,

We need more threat up front as pointed out by Farke. He should have used Nmecha from the start though.

Farke’s coaching of the little rotations in possession is beautiful though. A joy to watch. And we never looked exposed on the counter which was impressive
