Farkeness, I said on the Okafor thread I think 5-3-2 works for us. Wouldn’t have Piroe there. Would be better with Nmecha Okafor/Gnonto (preferably Okafor but probably too early). Piroe Gnonto will be so easy for defenders to defend anything in the air and they will both want to occupy the same space in dropping into y he pocket. Nmecha and Okafor together would offer aerial ability and pace and power. DCL won’t be ready yet.
I would be amazed if we do go 3 at the back though as haven’t seen any signs of Farke working on it and he doesn’t seem to be a manager that will change too much game to game. Maybe the interest in Hill at Bournemouth is a clue to us adding to a squad that will play 3 at the back though?

He's already changed to 4-3-3 Faith, why wouldn't he change to 5-3-2? It's not a huge step. And he made subs much earlier in the Everton game. I think he has to, just to give us a fighting chance. Nmecha for Piroe is a big call, though. He can hold the ball, but I like the look of Piroe and I think he will get sharper and sharper, with more games under his belt. This is a low-risk game for us, so why not give Piroe more minutes, maybe bring Nmecha on for the last 15? Okafor sounds like a butterfly. I'd rather have him start in a light breeze against Wolves than in a thunderstorm at the Emirates.

I disagree with almost everything you’ve said there sorry. The change to 4-3-3 is tiny compared to 5-3-2.
Piroe will be awful against Arsenal. He needs his team to dominate and have lots of territory.
Okafor on the break is exactly what you need against Srsenal. Someone that will receive the ball and run straight at his man before the defence is set.
Ramazani done the black circle thing I think. Bit baby behaviour but footballers are a bit like that now. Wonder if he was dropped or has thrown a wobbler. Either way I feel for him again. Farke closes the door on him and Joseph pretty early and could easily have given them more minutes and we could have won more points. Hopefully a loan to Rangers works for him and he can at least get some resale value back or become a member of the squad again when inevitably there will be a managerial change. Hopefully Farke survives the season though because that means we survived which is the most important.
Interesting to see if he starts Struijk or Bikol. Struijk was excellent v Everton.

Those that were creaming themselves about their transfers feeling abit silly now?
I just wish leeds would learn.
We should have done what sheff utd did in Jan and sign 8 players to get us over the line.
Wonder how they are getting on this year
