Well we could argue that Nmecha and Okafor could both fit the bill there.
We need a No.10 whatever. As far as I’m concerned, once 2 September is upon us we can make a fuller appraisal of how successful the window was.
Either way, 3 points at Arsenal isn’t keeping us up. Marsch got a 3-0 win against Chelsea in the first home game; by May, we were relegated.

Indeed confusion because the big headline states the result is not important and dosnt mention anything about a choice. This is completely different and had you started with this you’d have got a decent bit of debate going rather than the negative original.

As for the new question I’m not sure where you think the money for 2/3 more goalscorers is coming from?
We have 3 strikers and 5 wingers.
We can only name a 25-man squad.
We can only pick 20 players on a match day. Against Everton we picked 20 and had Schmidt / Calvert-Lewin / Meslier not in the squad. Since then we have signed Okafor, so that is another wage that would be sitting on the sidelines if everyone is fit. Granted we will get injuries but tell me why you want to go above 25 players?
How are you going to keep all the players happy?
How are you going to keep a control on rocketing wages particularly with the threat of instant relegation?
Where are you going to find these 2-3 premier league goalscorers? Do you have any names?
Where is the money coming from to buy these 2-3 goalscorers? We must be already close to our PSR ceiling.
On the basis I am not playing championship manager it’s a 1-star from me.
Would be interesting to get a reply to these questions. I’m sure a lot of posters would give you more respect if you did reply and explain your thoughts more rather than put out sweeping statements with not much substance.

Yes that is possibly check mate but definitely check as like you say Mont to get 3 points away at Arsenal would be no fluke and mean the players that achieve that are top notch and more than up to the EPL standard required to have a successful season.

If we add 2 or 3 more new players I can't see those two making the bench so with them both wanting regular game time to get them into contention for their prospective country's world cup squads next year I can see that they may seek a loan move at least in January but until then they're here to stay.

Farke is paid to manage, Gruev and Aaronson amongst others aren't good enough, if he told them they aren't in his plans then just maybe a club wants them if we are lucky, There is a kitty for goal scorers, maybe more effort should have been made in that area than Longstaff for example.
Goal Scorers and that quality up front decides our season
