Is Conte a "pennyland"?

He's like Mourinho in the PL when his teams would go away to City and Liverpool and grind out the most awful 1-0 win.
but without the scoring or not conceding part

Arteta absolutely bottled it today. That game was there for Arsenal - he needed to bring on Eze and Odegaard earlier.
He’s far too risk averse.

I mean he is inferior to Conte, like a Conte light that tries to make Conte's football work but can't, no matter how hard he tries.

Spurs currently trying to implement the same style of football.

After watching that dross yesterday between two clubs that have spent three-quarters of a billion between them pre season, Liverpool have not a lot to crow about. Both sides were dire. I thought I was watching Championship football.
Negative football rarely ever wins. Arsenal as a club are not known for this. This isn’t the George Graham era anymore.
Despite Wenger’s failures, the one thing he did instill was good football, and this is the modern Arsenal playing style. What Arteta is doing is just cowardly.
Strange assessment. Arsenal criticisd by being negative.
Truth is that I havent seen ever a more negative Liverpool side at home to Anfield.
No one talking about Liverpool being poor all three games.
Liverpool not being great is all the more reason Arteta should’ve taken the game to them. It’s different when Liverpool, on form at anfield. Then you can understand you go in not to lose.
No one talking about Liverpool being poor all three games.

Not really. What’s actually happened is that it been discussed a fair bit, but not been the main focus as it’s a results business (something Arteta would do well to remember instead of coming out with ‘best in Europe nonsense).
I actually love that negative football is no longer a way to be successful and win trophies.
