As for the goal. He was a bit unsighted. The ball flew just over Radon’s head I think and it basically hit him rather than him heading it.
Almost slow motion whilst watching it. Such a shame after a very good performance.
We had three decent efforts on goal - DCL’s first half header. The stinger from Longstaff and the near post chance from Aaronson. Had one of those gone in we would have won that game comfortably.
Nice that Farke acknowledged Brendan’s defensive game today. The best he’s seen from a winger evidently.
Early days. Home form will be our salvation I think.

Best comment on here today….
We were by far the better team.
We created some chances.
We let them do virtually nothing.
The referee decided to give us yellow cards for offences that Fulham repeatedly committed.

Yet DCL was offside for his poor header so take that one off the stats

More comments about the board not backing Farke.
We spent £100m, more or less the PSR ceiling. Any further signings would have meant selling someone before June 26.
Farke didnt want to sell any of last seasons players so the ability to trade was taken away. With only £3m incoming from Greenwood it left us with a pot of money that has been spent. You can argue that the money was spent on the wrong areas of the team or on the wrong players etc etc but Farke has been backed as much as the club was able to do.
and just remember if we spent £40m on a kevin type player, our midfield and defence would be considerably weaker.

I agree with the US commentator over here; his error was focusing on the two player in front jumping and assuming they would make contact, instead of focusing on the ball. Before he knew it, it literally hit his rigid head at the’perfect’ place and went in. Focus on the ball…not on the man. In other words, 99 times out of 100 Gudmundsson could have stood still and the ball would not have hit his head so ‘perfectly’ and gone into the back of the net.

This is the narrative the 49ers are expecting us to believe that £100m was the PSR limit without sales when the tv money alone is £150m so I do not buy this especially as the comments by Paraag before the Everton game does not marry up with we're skint.
No I think it's a combination of incompetence surrounding the recruitment targets, low balling those targets and when transfer deadline day served up a great big nothing burger showing the owners up they fed the supporters this bs and not forgetting they are more than likely rewarding themselves and their investors a disproportionate and unwarranted amount so if you and others choose to believe their corporate bs that's up to you...I don't trust a bleeding word they say anymore.
