Yeah it's definitely a good time for a break for us. United at home on the return from the break, hopefully get another winning run going there and stop the rot.
I'll be in Malta this week and going to see them take on the Dutch, hopefully a few goals for some of our lads.

Getting back to Anfield will help. We have played alot of away games this month.
Let's see what the outcome is of Robbo and Konate injuries.

Trent is a massive blow for you guys. The guy was a creative machine.
Frimpong is a huge downgrade

First off we have absolutely world class players all over our team/squad, and form is temporary and class is permanent. I have no doubts it will click, the question is can we stay in the position we are UNTIL it clicks.
Secondly, we have lost top top players in Diaz and TAA, they were used to the team and team used to them, quality players have come in but they haven't got 5yrs of playing for the reds yet!
Thirdly some of the players are missing match fitness and this is hampering the cohesive nature of the team along with new additions.
Fourth, maybe...maybe we are seeing aspects of Jotas passing lingering emotionally with some of the players, we can never know but it HAS to have an effect, they were close.
There are other points, but for me these are the main. I have no doubt it will come good, we too much quality and a top manger for it to not come good.
Going to be a fascinating ride though in this early part of the season!

Manager is getting a lot wrong IMO.
We have Gravenberch been given a licence to get forward. Dom and Mac playing different roles.
Mo is isolated, Trent took players away from Mo and Dom was also support with overlaps. Hes now stuck on the wing firing in hopeful balls and hes had half the amount of touches he had in the box last year.
Our build up play is too ponderous around the back and easy for teams to get organized.
Diaz is a big loss. He had pace and worked relentlessly, he got us up the pitch.

Thus far, no question, neither Trent nor Andy have been replaced. Connor actually seems to have regressed. Where’s the guy who humiliated M’Bappe? Kerkez, despite coming from a PL club is not there yet.
A tentative suggestion for the RB position. What’s happened with Calvin Ramsey, Scottish YPOTY. On his appearances he certainly hasn’t disappointed. He gets stuck in, and in my view worthy of a chance.
