I keep thinking we're surely due a loss, and nope.
Totally battered them, lucky to get away with 0-1.

Indeed, only makes it worse for Spurs. We're a pretty patchy side at best, especially compared to our best teams, and Spurs still can't beat us.

Oh I obviously meant 'due a loss' versus Spurs. That was pretty clear from the subject of the discussion. You'd have to be quite thick not to pick up on that frankly.

Was expecting dropped points like a lot of Chelsea fans mostly because of the type of football Spurs play. But thankfully they didn't turn up.

We made them not turn up by outplaying and squeezing the life out of them with Caicedo spearheading it. Just a shame we didn't score as we really should have.

Yeah. The PL table is a bit of a mess atm. One loss or win and you move 5 places up or down the table.
posted 1 week, 2 days ago
My advice would be to ignore the PL table for the moment. Only really means anything from around Christmas onwards.

Championship like, Derby are 17th but only 5 pts off 5th place

The table means little at this stage. We’re up there because we’ve stuck ten men behind the ball away from home and picked up results.
This is the worst Spurs side since 2004. Just watch

Sunderland have beaten us at home in the PL three times since 2010 which is more than any other side in that time at Stamford Bridge.
And that's despite Sunderland not even being in the PL for most of that time . Definitely one of our very biggest bogey sides.
