Looking forward to this match and an another great performance from Saints. 3-1
A massively overachieving club against a Posh side that deserves more points on the board than it has.....tough one to call, so I'm going for a tight 2-3 win for Posh
Optimistic .................................................. SaintJack
we are due a clean sheet...but it wont come tomorrow. It could be a long night..and month for us..roll on December!!!
Some people on not606 are predicting a thrashing of a magnitude that Max Mosley would be heartily satisfied. But most respect PUFC, very much like Blackpool in the Prem last season - but with our home form at the moment you can't really see past a home win. But who knows, eh?
After my comments regarding Posh playing attacking football whilst disregarding defence, tonight's match with Southampton might just leave me with egg on my face. I hope it does, but I rather think come 10pm, the yolk won't be on me.
A miraculous 1-0 Posh win tonight would be nice! UTP!!
...20 mins. Current thoughts and emotions??
Not looking good at half-time, particularly with the sending off. Miracles off the card tonight?
Oh well, it wasn't to be. Outplayed in the first half, we outplayed in the second. Let's hope we return to winning ways against Derby on Saturday.
nar!! you,ve had yer bit of fun in the champ now!...swift return to league 1
I don't think so - we've shown this time round, that there is enough about us to stay up. Now for that win against Derby on Saturday!
Sad to hear that the Southampton players virtually begged the referee to give Frecklington a second yellow card. You would have thought they had confidence of hanging onto a 2 goal lead....
Didn't hear much to convince me that Saints are bound for the premier league, but you cannot take away their good home record.
Someone's been telling you porkies - Saints players just wandered off, no-one put pressure on the ref, Posh players didn't protest. Didn't think the ref was that good tbh, but these things happen. Happened to us at Reading.
