And don't you think the Glazers are interested in profit URM? Let's face it they bought the club and saddled it with massive debts purely because they knew it would make them a profit.
..............
And?
This is something we already know.
I simply point it out because you said renaming the stadium would be purely for their profit.
Even if they didn't need the money for the FFP rules can you really see them turning down the chance to make a profit for themselves? Ever?

Do you think the Glazers are stupid?
URM This has been a fascinating discussion and I've enjoyed it but I have to go and get my youngest lad from school. Hope to talk to you again. I know we disagree on this topic but I've enjoyed the debate. Take care mate.
Vidicschin what do you mean? That they wouldn't dare rename the stadium? That they'd put the fans opinions before their own profits? Because with all due respect if that were the case why would they even be AT manchester united. They haven't exactly won many popularity contests have they? As I just said I'd love to stay and keep chatting but I have my son to pick up. Hope we can continue this later.

They have recently tried to win over the fans (not going to happen) by paying off the PIK, and are looking to reduce the overall debt (see Macca above).
They are just not stupid enough to undo all that by selling the naming rights to OT.
Do you think the Glazers are stupid?

Some would say the Glazers are stupid for ignoring a great money making option. Some fans would say the Glazers are stupid for even thinking about it.
The Glazers are understandably driven by profit so to say that they will never ever cash in on renaming the stadium is impossible, even if unlikely at this moment.
