Quite agree with Wednesbury Brewer, about the level of debate on this Burton part of JA606. Views are expressed, differences aired, and there is always a supporter for every criticised player, except for Big Dave.

I always look forward to the informed and reasoned debate, the info I discover, the different view points, etc, all expressed in a positive way, as part of our dedicated support to the Brewers, our club, our team.
Pesc would do well to read it. Maybe he does?

Most contributors to JA606 seem to be from the big
Premiership clubs. Most comments are in text-speak, banale one-liners, and often obsessed with a hatred of
their "near neighbours".

Which brings me to the October Result for contributions to JA-606 by League 2 Clubs. Banale one-liners excluded as are threads from Premiership clubs.

Results in Reverse Order
No of Contributions
Level 8th 0 17 different clubs no items
7th 1 Bristol Rovers
6th 2 Accrington Stanley
5th 3 Northampton
4th 4 Crawley
3rd 5 Southend
2nd 110 Swindon
1st 112 Brewers

Congratulations to Brewers contributors , and to supporters of Swindon Town. A little bit subjective as to what to exclude, but I've tried to be fair.

Interesting points:
1) Northamptons 3 contributions consisted of a Brewers fan asking about Sean Harrad, a cobbler replied, and the polite Brewer thanked him for his response.
2) AFC WImbledon discussed the burning question of the day " What nation has the Gayest Emergency Siren ? I understand the consensus is that its Moldova.

Keep debating on JA606!
C'mon you Brewers!
Brewer Dave

Well said all of the above, it is reasuring to know that when you put a comment on here you know true Brewers fans are reading and reply constructivly, we are all pulling in the same direction and although we might have slightly differing views we deal with it like sensible adults. I have to start Chemotherapy in mid January and will not be able to attend as regularly as i wish. I know you boys on here will keep me informed of whats really happening and that will be my lifeline to the club i have supported for nearly 45 years. Keep up the good work lads and keep us no1 on JA606

Ditto Emnez's words terraceman, wishing you all the best for January and onwards.

I can't say that my match reviews are anything like as good as those otep pens, but I'll try my best if needed!

Good bit of research Dave, I enjoy sharing news and opinions with Burton fans. Im only signed up to this forum site and one Swindon one and enjoy both. It's a shame other teams fans in our division don't use this site as I enjoy some banter but mainly to share views with other fans supporting teams in our league. We have a really tough tie against the high flying Huddersfield tomorrow but as we know its the FA cup
So anything could happen. Best of luck to the Brewers too.

Thank you to all of you who have wished me well on this site, it is very much appreciated, I will still make the home games up until my Chemo starts and hopefully a few for the rest of the season. I love the honest opinions expressed on here with us all having the Brewers very much at heart, once again thank you to all.

All the very best Terraceman. I hope that your imminent treatment does the trick, the side effects are not too uncomfortable and that you have a speedy recovery.

It puts things totally in to perspective for me. We all moan about bad referees, poor tactics, bad players, missed opportunities and such like. It is only a game. There are much more important things in life.

Anyway Terraceman, make sure that you are ok for travelling to an away game in May. I think that we are playing at Wembley in a play off final then.
