Brum 2-2 Posh?

Barry Fry is still held in great affection at St Andrews, he is a great character and a credit to the whole ethos of football with his enthusiasm and passion.

We've only conceded one or two goals all season at home in the league so I think you'l be lucky to get two goals, but I guess it depends on your style of play & how open the game is. We haven't been scoring many goals ourselves of late so I think you are right to think that you can come and get a point from us.

My prediction nonetheless is 3-0 to the Blues, I fancy us to be refreshed from the break and raring to go.

I know that your boys like to get forward and attack but I can't see you scoring 3 tomorrow. I fancy us to win 3-1, should be a nice open game though.

Looks like its going to eb a very poor attendence tomorrow, still plenty of seats available all over the ground. Sad times!

BCFC, I think most want to take advantage of the two games (Burnley & Doncaster) for £25 then the Maribor game as well. 4 games in less than 3 weeks could be s strain on most.
As for the Posh game I'm going 3-1 Brum.

Got man flu so finding it hard to be optimistic about an away game at Birmingham.....they're one of the fancied teams for the play offs and could cause us problems.

Birmingham 1-3 Posh (Sinclair, Taylor, McCann)

PWA1965, if your finding it hard to be optimistic and still say 1-3 to Posh then I'd hate to know what the score would be if you felt well...
Get well soon

PWA, optimistic as ever. Hope you're right, though! The key to that win will be two early goals by us, which will mean breaking the habit of this season. I have a soft spot for Birmingham having spent two years there, so I hope it's as entertaining a game as Posh games usually are.

A point would be excellent for us. We wont play for a draw though, we,ll go there to win as we always play that way.

My worry about us though is we continue to leak goals and we cant keep relying on our attackers to get us out of trouble.

I cant see us keeping a clean sheet today...lets just hope we can score as many as them!

Posh fans, revel in the fact that your team goes out to score goals and win even if it means being leaky at the back, Blues have been a very defensive side in the last few years and we too are enjoying having a more open approach this season, I'd rather be entertained and mid-table then top of the league and bored every Saturday. So two attacking team, who score freely and leak at the back. I'll go for a 0-0 then.

Time to get in the car.

We do revel in it.

0-0...no chance of that scoreline!

Correct, posh28. Well done Posh for surviving a torrid first half and securing a 1-1 draw. By the end of the match, we might even have won it! Next time, though, we really must put in a first half performance.

Youwere awful first half, and if we had had any lucky we would have been 3-0 up by the break, if we had had a few decent strikes it would have been 5-0. In the second you managed to stabilise the game and come back into it. To get a draw with your only chance of the game seems a little unfair, but the result was about right in my book.

Great first half, very open, good to watch, second half we went off the boil and let you back into it.

On that evidence, neither side will get in the play-offs. But we have had played better this season so let's hope it is just a blip we're going through.

You were fortunate that you caught us on a bad day, but well done for holding us to the one goal, and one chance.

Great goal by Pash I have to say, that alone deserved a point. Mind ours wasn't too bad in it's build up. I don't think that the foul that lead to Posh's goal was actually a foul, but I would need to see it in replay.
