Apparently Koscielny was going on about how he's up for the challenge of playing there if needed. I guess his performances at CB have convinced the boss.

Poor Johan

Wenger: 'For first time I lost young players, who were reaching maturity. I suffered. It's painful to lose key men u'd invested a lot in'

Wenger asked if he'll stay another 15 yrs? 'Non'. Will you be there next season? "We'll look at things at the end of this one"

Wenger: "I had a project with guys that you take at 18 and then they are leaving aged 23. This is not what I dreamed. "

I still believe arsene will stay for at least another 5 years

I think its time the fans genuinely thought about who will succeed Wenger. Even if he doesn't leave next season, his departure I feel is not too far away now.

My personal choice would be a well known club legend, ie Henry or bergkamp. This would help us when we try to attract top players and convince current ones to stay.

there is the story on the arseblog.

Just for info, on the front page the translation says that : the hard thing is the feeling that something come to an end" !
I've been saying that since August but that is now just scary.
I am sure Wenger will take on the PSG next year! watch this place...

I would want someone with some management experience. I don't think it's quite the right route to go purely for the sentimental side of things.
