On the other hand managers are meant to be older than players. You learn to be a player during your childhood years, you learn to be a manager during your adult years.

To the op Villa Boas is around 8 months older than Frank Lampard so you got that wrong. I am suprised that he is leaving for chelsea but than again he worked under Jose mourinho and wants to have more good success siumilar to jose leaving inter after a treble.
