£25M....its a toughie because he is only 22 and could become awesome; depends who else Liverpool could buy i suppose, add in another £15M and get Cavani he is team mates with SUarez and Coates...could be something in it there.
I am not too sure if i'd want him back. Probably not as i'm not sure he'd fit in anymore. Also he left the number 9 something he said he grew up dreaming of wearing and wanting to be our number 9 for his career etc. Hmm.
After what Llambias said about Carroll I doubt he would cough up £5M for him never mind £25M.
Llambias has no say really though. Its up to Ashley and Pardew. But yeah i can't see it being true
At the start of this wretched Torres/Carroll saga I got the impression that Carroll was pressured into leaving the club he supports.
I'm not sure his heart is really in it at Anfield but he has some games now to settle in and make a go of it. I still think he has a lot of potential, but that's all it is at the moment.
He needs to become more professional and knuckle down.
This won't happen, especially not this Jan.
I agree Agger, although i did see signs of it Vs Oldham...but it was only Oldham!!
I think we should back him and give him a good run in the team, start Vs City with Gerrard and Bellamy around him and Downing whipping in crosses...lets help the guy.

Go on please, please, pretty please even, go on have him back. This must sound drastic but I would rather have Fernando in his non scoring state at Chelsea than AC, I have been watching AC intently in every game I have seen and he does not seem to be able to run...he lopes. Yes he scored a super goal against Oldham and I wish he could do that every other week. But...........somehow just cannot see it.
I would take £25m for him. He just doesn't want to play for Liverpool. It would be a good deal for all involved.
If we were offered £25 million I'd bite their hand off, even if it was with the resignation that Ashley had got one over on us - if it was £15 million as is reported I would tell Ashley to do one, that's less than half what we paid for him

He is such an idiot he probably thinks Sneijder is still going to sign for Utd
He thinks Özil is currently sat at Manchester Airport...

I have to say though, there are very few players that justify a fee of over 30m. We will certainly never see a profit on that investment. It beggars belief we plunged 35m on an injured player at the end of the transfer window.
Come on lads, they don't need Ozil or Sneijder, they've got Scholes...
If it is £15M why not take the hit? Do any of you think he would be playing as much as he does if not for what you paid for him?
