It's a good formation which gives balance.

My teamsheet is out. Major change is that we are playing 4-4-2 this weekend, after a long time. No major injuries so we have a strong bench.

Tranquil has been really good in his time in the league so far. He did a good job at Everton while he was there. It would have been interesting to see if he managed to transform Everton back into european challengers, however I think he will be successful at Birmingham nevertheless.

My team has not been affected because they are losers and have no family so they had time to train.

I believe wolves and arsenal will win the 2 competitions

1) So the Christmas Break is coming to a close. How has the break effected your team e.g. momentum? We will start the new year in 4th place, full of confidence and ready to push on to greater success in 2013.

2) For the teams competing in the European Competitions will you be taking the competition seriously or using it for the youngsters? We take every competition seriously, we will be looking to win it, obviously rotation will be key as fixtures mount up but we will always have a team out that we believe can win us the game. We want to retain our european crown.

3) What do you need to improve on in the 2nd half of the season from the first half? Defensively we have looked a little sloppy at times but we have worked on that and we will look to be solid at the back as well as keeping the ball better which in turn will help the defence.

4) Which teams in the relegation battle will go down/stay up? I think Reading, Tottenham and Norwich will go down. Their managers just arent good enough.

Only been here not even a week yet so wouldn't know really. I think they seem to play the same faces in every game though. It might credit Number 21 more to maybe take a slight gamble and try out some new players as he does seem to have a lot of young talent and quality in that squad to beat a good number of teams in the league.

No. Aguero, RVP, Rooney, Cavani, Soldado, Jovetic, Higuain, Tevez etc are all up ther with him, any of these strikers can/will over take him.

There is a big chance. But again, plenty available to possibly better his record despite being so far in front.

Liverpool are a good side, so are Man United really. I would have said draw really. But I couldn't be too sure. Them tight games can go either way.

No. Reading are in 16th. If we are nearer mid table maybe 13th or so, I'll accept it.

Not really. I've got a good balanced squad in theory. I have good options everywhere that have good quality for the level we are at and it's the same with 2nd choice and below players. So it would be tough to say anyone.

I hope it isn't. Personally think Newcastle should be a bit higher and City should be in the 40pts mark with Villa a bit lower.

Well we have Milner who wasn't with me at the start of the season but he is playing much more than I expected when I bought him. There is other youngster in Marquinhos, Juan, and Callejon who are on the brink of getting into the team after impressing for the clubs irl recently.
