From what I remember back in the day and speaking to ex pros who played at the same time he was without doubt a good player in a good team but on field remarks on field were without exception snide and always under the breath. So it would appear nothing's changed.
If I'm honest, I think KD is doing a fantastic job at Anfield, makes fridays joke thread that much easier
Have to laugh at all the "used to like the man, used to respect, etc etc" comments appearing on these pages from rrrsoles who have never had anything but hate for him.

John Barnes, a hero for the racist club that is Liverpool .
Some of you may be too young to know, but Kenny was like this in the 80s too. He doesn't really care how he comes across in the media. And quite rightly so. Why should he pander to the media.
For Kenny, his number one priority is the club and its fans. He doens't care what some typewriting monkey from the red tops or a chimp with a mike from Sky Sports thinks.
