I would have thought that the only "project" that matters is to win games by utilising what you have at your disposal. Mr C I also hate that word it's as if what is happening is somehow all part of a scientific plan.

We know there are ego's in the team but AVB's handling of these ego's has made things ten times worse.

He's a spiky character and belives everyone should be treated equally. Fair enough but there are some big names in our team who deserve a bit more respect for their achievements with Chelsea. He might be a good coach ( yet to see his coaching abilities to be honest) but his man managing skills have been atrocious thus far which goes some way to explain the rubbish perfomances we see out on the pitch because he's rubbed players up the wrong way from the outset. We shouldnt pander to big ego's but they needed managing UNTIL we got rid of them.

Personally I don't think RA cares what we want. I didn't want Mourhino sacked, because in spite of the football at the end not being as attractive as in his first season, he still guaranteed results and IMO we wouldn't have lost to Spurs in the CC final or Man U in the Champions League final if JM's acumen had still been there.

I also didn't want Ancellotti to be sacked either because he showed his abilities by winning the double in his first season and was then badly undermined by the club in his second.

I honestly didnt see the problem in giving Ancelotti one more season either summer1969. He would have been in his last year anyway. If we wanted to let him go, we wouldnt have had to pay any compensation. If he was given some new players like AVB has been given then who's to stay he couldnt have done a good job. Under Ancelotti we were for the most part of his tenure, solid defensively. Give or take a few games
