This seems to happen on a weekly basis for me. I just reset me router and it works fine
I'm guessing that is the IP of whatever just connected with the site to cause it to slow down?
That's not 'the guy'....but one of many servers that have hit us over the past week or so.

No it isn't a hack attempt. We get those too.
It is someone paying to use multiple servers in Eastern Europe to flood our systems simultaneously, to bring the site down.

Sure it's not Eastern European unprotected "zombie" computers?
If it was paid server surely whoever that is offering the service would know it's been misused...
