So how come the bottlers won last night? How do you explain it? weird eh? I see the p@pes beat a severely depleted, under strength, bankrupt Rangers team at the weekend, impressive stuff. It must fill you with pride to know that you can now just claim the title every season without any credible opposition which means when you inevitably end up in the CL you will get royally shafted hopefully.

Bluephoenix - Well done on your win. Mind numbingly boring game until last 4 mins with no atmosphere but well done. You may just have the bottle to get the last 2 games won but Newcastle will be tricky.

Rangers are depleted, under strength and bankrupt? Maybe so, but how does a team get in that position? They spend money on players and wages they cant afford thus making them better than they should be.

Rangers havent paid any PAYE on wages all year and owe many clubs money for players that were playing on Sunday. These players also agreed to a 75% wage cut. They are better than they can afford to be at the moment. We'll find out over the next few seasons what facing a Rangers living within their means will be like. You may say because they're terrible it'll be boring but Rangers living within their means hasnt occured since Murray took over Rangers in 1988 so a level playing field is exciting for me.

Since 1994 Rangers have spent £200m more than they earned, £50m of that was paid by tax payers when Lloyds was bailed out, they also avoided PAYE due on wages of around £50m by using EBTs and this year alone they've refused to hand over PAYE and VAT to the sum of £14m which is more than most SPL clubs turnover. So somehow Celtic's future titles will be devalued because Rangers were wreckless, spent other peoples and avoided tax and it finally caught up with them? Doesnt make sense. Next years league title will be the first fair one in a long time as Rangers(or a replacement) will be living within their means for the first time in 20 years and paying their taxes due.

So enjoy your league win if you see out the last two games but to say ours is devalued because of one wreckless club is a joke. It devalues Rangers titles(subject to investigation) because they couldnt afford to pay for them(maybe the wrong point to be making on a City thread)

Ginger - Only replied cos of the stupid point about Rangers having no money, they feckin spent it all and more, thats why! Also surprised at being called p@pes by an Englishman. You would think they would have enough names for us already. Maybe City is anti Catholic and that why I was getting some dodgy looks at the Etihad with my Hoops on, who knows.
