How often have you watched Arsenal? They’ve been absolute dog sh’t more often than we have in that time frame, so again I’m not sure why Arteta is some genius immune to criticism and Lampard is made out to be some kind of incapable novice.

I agree that Arteta has done quite well, I just don’t see why Lampard has to be shat on and his achievement diminished to make that point

I never knew criticising a manager's ability to organise a defense and not leave his team vulnerable when the ball is intercepted or the other team counters = being shat on.

He’s done well given the circumstances, but after the Brighton game a lot of Arsenal fans still weren’t too happy with the state their side was in. That’s was quite recent still, so it’s not like he’s come in and revolutionised the club.

If they have a good transfer window and keep Auba, they should be in the hunt for 4th/5th next season. But I can’t see higher

They should definitely be back in the top 6 next season, although it looks quite possible that Aubameyang could leave, which would obviously set them back massively.
