Not gonna lie - feel we have massively improved in attack and if we keep George and Jackson we would be fine imo, neither seem to want to move and are being pushed out the door - but who knows

Would rather being looking at CBs, or Gks

I didn’t know the Brighton player we’re getting on loan is only 20yo. Has to be a buy option in this deal or have we started to develop their players as well? Not expecting much from this signing.

Could’ve just grabbed KDB for free.

Also you've just described a Swiss-army style player who could do the attributes of three key players for us nearly as well as they could. So, I'd love a player like that in our squad now.

If Fermin Lopez is a possibility and he is a Mount regen I'd be delighted.

He was good, I'd take the best version of Mount in any squad, but if he's your key player & at times I'd argue he was for us, your team has a ceiling.

Looking back, even if United got that version of him, I can't bring myself to say 60mil on final year of contract wouldn't of had me regretting it that much.

Instead of bringing in someone from Brighton on loan for depth I’d rather just keep Sterling tbh. We’re still gonna have to pay his wages anyway.

Likewise we’d be better off with Jackson

To say the least . The whole window is ending on a downer unless you're somehow able to get excited about Garnacho.

Option not great.

Either he hits and it looks cheap, or he doesn’t and we don’t get the money. Keeps it in their hands.

We really should just be keeping him and forgo the AM signing.

I suppose the fact it’s an option to buy is why the loan fee is good.
But the value of the option is important. If it’s only like £50m that would be disappointing.
