Ollie Watkins scored a first-half hat-trick and Jack Grealish had a hand in five goals as Aston Villa deservedly stunned champions Liverpool with one of the most unbelievable scorelines in Premier League history.

Villa's record signing Watkins had never scored a Premier League goal before kick-off and 45 minutes later he had the match ball, as the home side took advantage of Liverpool's high line and individual mistakes.

Captain Grealish scored their final two goals after assisting three.

It is the first time Liverpool have conceded seven goals since 1963 and is only their fourth Premier League defeat since 3 January 2019. Villa, who escaped relegation on the final day of last season, overtake them in the table with their best start since 1962.

West Bromwich Albion boss Slaven Bilic said his players "have to learn" but that the Premier League "is not a school" after their disappointing start to the season continued with defeat at Southampton.

Moussa Djenepo opened the scoring with a clinical finish for the hosts before Oriol Romeu's stunning strike sealed a deserved win.

The loss means West Brom have managed to pick up just one point from their first four games on their return to the top flight.

"Reach" is a song by the English pop group S Club 7. It was released as the lead single from their second studio album 7 (2000) on 22 May 2000. "Reach" is an up-tempo track co-written by Cathy Dennis and Republica keyboardist Andy Todd.

"Reach" debuted at its number two peak on the UK Singles Chart, with first week sales of almost 124,000 (more than the first week sales of their two previous singles).

It spent three weeks at its peak, unable to dislodge Sonique's "It Feels So Good" from number one. It is one of the group's most popular songs. "Reach" was the theme tune to the second series of the group's CBBC series, L.A. 7. The song has sold 588,000 copies in the United Kingdom, according to the Official Charts Company.

Manchester United have signed former Paris St-Germain striker Edinson Cavani on a free transfer.

The 33-year-old Uruguay international, who left PSG at the end of June, has signed a one-year contract.

Cavani has scored 341 goals in 556 club matches, including a record 200 in 301 appearances for the French giants. He also has 50 goals in 116 Uruguay games.

One of his first United games could come against PSG in the Champions League group match on 20 October.

Before that, United face Newcastle United in the Premier League on 17 October, the first game after the international break.

Longstanding BBC sitcom Mrs Brown's Boys has been slammed for its backstage politics, as two of its actors have reportedly quit the show amid a pay gap dispute.

The actors in question - Damien McKiernan and Gary Hollywood, who play couple Dino and Rory - are said to have discovered they earn less than the rest of the cast - which is largely made up of star Brendan O'Carroll's family.

And an insider exclusively told MailOnline on Monday that the way the show is run behind-the-scenes makes for an unhappy work environment.

World number 131 Nadia Podoroska says she "doesn't want to wake up" after a dream French Open run continued with a quarter-final victory over third seed Elina Svitolina.

Podoroska beat Svitolina 6-2 6-4 and now faces Pole Iga Swiatek, who won 6-3 6-1 against Italian Martina Trevisan.

The Argentine, 23, dropped to 508th in the world in 2018 and could not afford to travel to some tournaments.

"It is a bit difficult for me to speak," Podoroska said on court.

"I don't want to wake up," she later told a news conference.

"The toughest part for me was two or three years ago. I had too many injuries. My ranking dropped.

"I was eight months out of the tour. Then I didn't have the money to start playing tournaments."

A "one in 30 million" orange Canadian lobster has been saved from the pot by a fishmonger and sent to live out its days in an aquarium.

The apricot-hued arthropod, which are normally a speckled dark brown colour, was found by Steve Atkinson in a delivery to his shop in Fleetwood.

He said he called Sea Life Blackpool after spotting the crustacean, which "stood out dramatically" in the box.

Sea Life curator Scott Blacker said its colouring was "extremely rare".

"Its striking and extremely unusual orange colour is actually only found in one in 30 million," he said.

"It really is something very special."
