Arteta needs to get these players motivated. They're far too lax in these period. Auba is one such example. We know how good he can be but he's simpy not putting in any effort. It's clear to see. You can point the blame to the lack of creativity in the squad but that doesn't excuse the lack of effort from Auba. He really isn't trying hard enough.

Confidence is shot all round.

Leno, parrying out into dangerous area again

AMN deserves a run in place of Bellerin.

Elneny has to play with one of Xhaka or Ceballos as Partey is now out for the season.

We have to find a way to link MF and the front 3, no service for Auba* or wide players. Ozil?

*Auba - Fantastic player, yes lacking service. But, he needs to do more as Captain of Arsenal.

Why do you make excuses for Auba.

He has been woeful. Yes agree the service to him is awful. We hardly have the ball in the box.

But when we have he misses out.

Fully agree on Bellerin. Why he is given a free pass season after season is beyond belief now. Our right side offers nothing offensively. Teams know that. We lost to Villa on that side and yesterday the same.

We criticised Özil a lot for his body language.

Auba is our club captain and at times he looked uninterested and uninspired. That can't continue.

But same as Bellerin….he knows that he have no competition at all.

Yeh fair points. Was watching Vardy the other week and what's very obvious is the effort and work he puts in, in each and every game. The obvious scoring threat is coupled with a very good work ethic.

Auba needs to up his level now. His performances are actually a disgrace. Willian put in a better shift than him last night.

We can't allow our supposed top players to drop their performances.

Raul Jimenez confirmed to have fractured his skull. Fack. Hope he gets better soon.

How we handling the Özil and Saliba situation is just amateurish. The board needed to come out over Özil and set him free. It just put pressure on our manager.

The handling of Saliba is just baffling. Here Arteta takes a lot of blame. To leave him out of Europe is just wrong.

Yeah hope he recovers quickly. You could hear that something broke.

Next Sunday Spurs...I can't wait.

I was never in favour of Arteta, but I don't see how things will get better by sacking him. The club have made it very difficult for Arteta to operate. Firstly they clipped his wings by taking a stance on Ozil. Secondly they appointed an inexperienced technical director as his 'boss'.

Arteta needs the backing of the club until end of season. At least.
