This is the thing. Whoever we bring in will struggle, as we don't have a balanced squad.

I like hassenhutl though. Potter doing a good job at Brighton too.

FML if Auba, Willian and or Laca turn out on Thursday, I might actually explode with rage.

Auba needs to start working harder, making more runs, and be a captain ffs. Never wind needing a goal in the EL.

Look at Lacazette and Willian's performances in the EL.

Clearly p/ssed off to be there. Why would anyone think Auba, or Arsenal would benefit from him having a run out against Vienna on Thursday?!

Aubas given up I'm afraid. Worse than being just crap. Could see it all over his face yesterday.

Laca was awful against Molde.

Well at least we didn't tie him down to a long term, expensive contract in the summer then.

Want to come back to Arteta's player handling.

How can it be that in one game he is using Mustafi and in the next game he isnt even on the bench.

Dont get me wrong. I don't think Mustafi should play for us at all but dont think it contributes to the team building. Players need to understand why they arent on the bench, not playing or playing.

I think Laca is a very good friend of Auba. I won't be surprised if Laca not playing is mentally affecting Auba somewhat.

Mustafi didn't sign his contract did he

Ludicrous we even offered him one in the first place

I did actually like Arteta. Thought we could have really kicked on with him but I also said that I could see the whole situation resembling Emery final few months.

However, it doesn't help having arguably the worst squad in living memory

There is a good coach in arteta, I'm certain of that. We were playing decent stuff before lockdown. But his stubbornness and squad handling has been atrocious.

Crazy to think if we'd just beaten Leicester, villa, wolves all at home we'd be top. Shows how far behind we've fallen.

Wenger was stubborn. Fergie was stubborn. Pep and Jose... both stubborn.

Why is being stubborn an issue with Arteta then?
