What is it to you if he's a returning banned poster or not?
"Rodgers got it completely wrong today"
disagree completely
you put on the best defesive performance of the season and when we did have chances they were hit tamely or straight at Schwarzer

OP slightly harsh on Brendan Rodgers I feel. It's always difficult to keep a lid on your emotions especially after such an important game like today. He was slightly annoyed I felt and a bit naive also. Think the whole world knew Chelsea were going to set up in the way that they did and if it wasn't for a very unfortunate first goal from our point of view it may have been a different story.
In general he's very calm and composed when other managers usually gesticulate, shout and abuse on the touchline and after. He's also quite young in managerial terms so think your being a bit harsh. Also it is simple human nature to be a lot more humble and gracious when your winning that's the reality of it all I'm afraid.

When you want your own team to lose it says it all.As I said players don't think like that neither will your manager.

In the circumstance that a win for Everton will mean nothing for our chances of achieving top 4 then why not root for a City win
the game was decided by
1. great defending by Chelsea
2. a freak event that gifted Chelsea a goal
it had nothing to do with Rodgers
in hindsight we should have played the subs and benched the starters. we could have drawn. Or maybe played Mignolet as striker. we couldn't have done worse than we did.
