We'll finish mid-table, no lower than 15th but I think we'll actually be better than that and will be more like 11th or 12th because I really don't think there is very much genuine quality outside the top six, especially now Southampton have lost all their players!

One track? This started with a simple question which was do we still think we have paid too much for Ulloa based on £10m for Ideye and I wondered how you felt about signing someone relatively unknown, very unproven and not seen by your manager. Seemed reasonable at the time!

Since then I've been told we'll struggle blah blah blah and I've suggested and been ridiculed for not wanting any of your players because I believe ours will be better because I expect us to finish above you given that I think you'll be relegated!!

These are bold statements to make but I wouldn't put my neck on the line to look like an idiot. This team is different and we've already surprised Everton.

We made nine changes at half time and it was as comfortable as any game last season. They sat deeper and deeper and couldn't cope with Vardy. We kept the ball very well and they had one shot on goal in the second half. We were dominant.

Well I wish you look but realise that was a friendly, before you already start counting it as a win.

For the record I'd be astounded if you did anything but struggle, and finished above the Albion. But of course that's based on the fact your players are untested at premiership level. Not saying they won't produce, but more fail than succeed

There is something seriously wrong with people from the East Midlands. My guess is they are all high on MKat

It's an educated prediction and we all have bets that don't come off but this group of players are too good to not finish above 6-8 teams.

Off the bat I'll say Burnley, QPR, Sunderland, Hull, Palace, WBA and Villa but I don't rate Newcastle, West Ham or Stoke either and Swansea aren't as good a they were and Southampton have lost a lot of players so feasibly both of them too.

All of these teams have a lot of average players, a few good players but no world class players which means all games are winnable.

Yeah I realise it was a friendly and we didn't get out of second gear either. We certainly didnt have to play out of our skins, it was as comfortable but we looked sharp and ready for the season.

I guess we will see how well I know football won't we but I will be very surprised if we're below any of them unless they massively improve.

Cracking loss at stokes reserves

Our reserves lost 2-1 against Stokes first team. We beat Fulham away and lost 3-1 to Man City. I'll say our first team will beat Stoke, WBA can be Fulham and I'll accept a 3-1 defeat to Man City 👍

They beat Fulham reserves though. We know how well Fulham did.

I think our first team would probably of beat the argentines, and Germans and defiantly the Dutch
