Actually going through some Hitchcock stuff Prime.
Saw To Catch a Thief, and The 39 Steps.
led me onto buying North by Northwest and Strangers on a Train.
Man, Cary Grant was very cool

Hitchcock stuff is incredible. Rear window is his best movie. Outstanding. If you haven’t seen, watch it now. Rope I like to, which is one of his earlier films

They all do it, because Marvel movie slop has lowered people's attention spans. Especially when people steal the movies and only watch the actions scenes antway.

Hopefully it's just a fad that dies off soon.

What marvel films are masterpieces? I can’t think of one. There’s some very entertaining ones, but a lot of crap too, but none come close to masterpieces
