No more Dobby Sebastian Buemi lookalike we were sold as a professional footballer with a rename to Angel Di Maria ssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I can celebrate the good news as this means Depay might get number 7 shirt.

I love it when Nolhman goes off on his rants, he's such a fannny.

I imagine him walking around all day under a big raincloud. Wherever he goes, the raincloud is always above him, showering him. Which is why he is always so bright and cheery and in a positive frame of mind...

Pedro to united is pretty much a done deal. When there is this much smoke there is usually a fire. Would like another striker but I guess if Hernandez can recapture his old form it might be enough.

Depay is nothing like Robben. if depay becomes half the player Robben is, I would be happy.

Not for nothing mate, but how would you know?

That's how he's thought of in Holland and at PSV. Yes, he's going to frustrate and waste the ball. He's not going to be the superstar he can be straight away. But he's not going to get there by being made comfortable or told to learn and restrain himself.

Depay thrives on pressure, and expectation, and by having no safety net so to speak. If we tell him to get out there, be direct and go for the throat of the opposition, what we'll hopefully see is a diamond form from the pressure. He is absolutely not a talent to over manage or protect. Get out there and win Manchester United games. And if we do that, by the end of the season Memphis Depay very well could make a superstar of himself. Treat him the same as if we'd just signed another Di Maria ironically.

It's taken time to happen because of the adm thing. When his own club are saying he can go and Pep is taking about how he'll do at another club it seems an obvious move.

How long did it take for Ronaldo to become a star at Utd? 2/3 seasons. I expect the same for Depay and it's not given he will succeed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So give him the chance to.

Personally, I'd prefer us to sign players like Depay who want to be at OT and improve.

The likes of Di Maria and Falcao haven't worked for us and we can't buy the ready made talent, Madrid and Barca snap them up.

Pedro, depay and Rooney will be a very effective front 3.

Just sad that Mata will probably miss out.

The saga is still on going

Far as I can see, the club haven't mentioned Pedro and Barca haven't mentioned names.

It wouldn't be the first time the press get it totally wrong and he signs for another PL club.

I never get why it's ok for other clubs to have strength in depth, but as soon as we have a player or two that might have to be on the bench 'it's time to sell them'

The saga isn't over until I see him on the pitch wearing a PSG shirt.
