So new rumour is, that Kevin Fiege really wants to play in the Star Wars Galaxy, and he wanted the Russo’s to write and direct…

We do. Russos would be perfect fit for Star Wars.
Now most probably not gonna happen.

You see that Kath Kennedy yeh.. a right wrong’un that one.
She’s had an interview where she said something so dumb.
So apparently she’s had a ‘lightbulb’ moment and said, ‘the Star Wars films shouldn’t be released every year, they should be ‘Event’ movies, like say James Bond, once every 3/4 years.
That’s our approach with the next set of films, we will release them when we are ready’

I paraphrase, but it was along those lines.

Now, this moron, why she using James Bond for an example. Er, I dunno, how about, George Lucas!!

Unreal. George had already turned the films into Wvent movies, but you greedy sumbiiitches, went the other way. How is she not recognising Lucas here?

I like the idea of a movie every 3 years but they need to be high quality.

I love a Wvent movie.

The tv shows can keep fans appeased but like the movies, we need some excellent writing and directing.

How about this for an idea.

The clone wars animated show covered events between episode 2 and 3 and Rebels covered everything between episode 3 and 4.

Why don't they create an animated show that covers the periods between episode 4/5/6? Animation allows them to tell different stories and they don't need younger versions of Luke,Leia or Han. The CW show has enhanced the prequels significantly and they could do something for the originals. Naturally, this project would need to be helmed by someone like Filoni, who understands the lore and respects the characters.

Great movie but make sure you watch the whole trilogy. It's SW week and you can't watch episode 4 without honouring episode 5 and 6.

The binary sunset scene remains my favourite moment of episode 4, closely followed by the final space battle.

You can skip episode 5 as is the weak link

Canon Answer: I would believe that Obi Wan was mocking his fall to the dark side by calling him Darth. The same way the Emporer mockingly calls Luke "Jedi"."
