Anyone who did not know there would be an immediate impact on our economy after voting out is an idiot.
As I said the other day, Brexit was goingto be a short term impact after which we would start the recovery.
----------------
We haven't even started Brexit proceedings as yet, the markets are getting jittery with what the Brexit may mean for us.
Brexit is in no way a short term impact, its a long term process so there will be a long term impact - interspersed with higher volatility in short bursts.. like this one.
Reduced investment in the UK will only be seen over the longer term.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
it's not just UK markets that are down though but globally, which just shows how important the UK is and why we will be fine outside EU. The initial drop is down to uncertainty which the markets hate and was always gonna happen if we left.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The market was also unstable when Greece was in trouble so I guess Greece also was important and could have cope without being in the Euro?

you can blame me alone for not registering a vote before i left the country. thats all i am responsible for. now should i have registered my own individual vote, then we would be in exactly the same situation as we are now.
a person is responsible for their own vote (or lack of it) and no one else's.
