Depends on the mood of the party.
The majority of Tory MPs wanted to remain, so there could be a massive backlash against Boris. The last thing they should do is go down the Corbyn route if it is the case. It is a sure way to lose an election.
In that case you may see an insurgent from the Leave side, not as prominent and divisive as Boris, such as Patel. May will probably suffer the opposite if som
Javid and Crabb I expect to go for it too. Talk of them on one ticket, which could be a winner.
Id like to see David Davis but I think that ship has sailed
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you think the Party would vote for Patel or Javid/Crabb over Boris? I'm not sure.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hard to see past Boris at the moment but the tory membership is very eurosceptic so Patel could have a chance

Here is a classic quote from Junker today.
"Europe isn't exclusively a cerebral affair. Obviously we have to think but equally when you're sad, it's acceptable to be sad and I am sad after this vote in the UK and I make no secret of it. The British vote has cut off one of our wings, as it were, but we're still flying."
...........
Maybe he should have not been such an ar$e and taken this into consideration when Cameron came to him last year to renegotiate our terms for staying in, instead of arrogantly saying Britain will get nothing that it wants.

There's rumours that David Milliband may be coming back. He may be in the running for the murdered MP's constituency.
No idea if it's true, but IMO the whole political landscape may well have looked a lot different today if he had been selected ahead of Ed.
What do you think?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We could've had New Labour 2 instead of Cameron's administration. I'm not sure there would've been too much more to celebrate, but at least the most vulnerable in society would likely have been better protected.
I think the UK might look like a slightly stronger union, and we obviously wouldn't have had a referendum on the EU.
He's not the leader the Labour Party needs. We can't go back to Labour scrapping around in the centre ground. We need someone who can make the argument for a fairer, more equal society; for redistribution of wealth; for the Trade Unions and working people; and for support for the underprivileged.
Make the argument to win your support; rather than simply taking the easy route of pandering to the beliefs people form from reading fecking nonsense in the press.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Labour won't win an election with Corbyn. He appeals to the left of the party and it's supporters but not to the wider electorate imo.You need a wider appeal including those aspirational people who came from Labour backgrounds but now vote elsewhere.Elections are won by winning the middleground despite what you say and Corbyn can't do that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There's winning the argument with those in the middle ground, then there's buying those in the middle ground.
New Labour abandoned some of the Party's key principles to do the latter. The Labour Party now needs someone to do the former.
Maybe it isn't Corbyn. Maybe it requires someone with a bit more of an obvious personality. But it requires someone with Corbyn's commitment to his principles, not a sharp suit surrounded by spin doctors.
Lord Farage should be the man to lead us out of the EUSSR!

He refused to say he's 100% behind the EU, as he's refused to back down on Trident and nuclear disarmament, renationalisation of key utilities and the rail network, military interventionism, additional support for our social security mechanisms, the unification of Ireland and myriad other long-held beliefs he's been torn to shreds over by the press.
I'd say he's absolutely willing to stand by his beliefs in opposition to popular opinion.
