Experts predicted an easy remain win, experts laughed at the possibility of Trump getting nominated. Experts have never been less relevant in politics. If I'd backed my own judgement over experts I'd have put more than £10 on a leave vote
Don't even joke about Trump, my uncle resides in America for 6 months of the year and tells me that President Trump is a very real possibility, apparently the dis-enfranchisement people feel from politicians in this country is nothing compared to the situation in the US

People were posting negative IMF forecasts so I posted that, she said EU authorities are looking at issues that they hadn't been pre Brexit... as someone who thinks the EU is failing and going in the wrong direction that's a positive thing.

With the doctor analogy, medical advise from a doctor is more useful than a randomer... doesn't mean a doctor is always right. People's lives have been saved because they disregarded doctor's advise and got a 2nd opinion or alternative treatment.
No doubt there's a lot of posters on here who have more football knowledge than expert pundits or writers. Phil McNulty has been the BBC football expert for years despite being clueless and getting constantly abused on his comments section
Financial experts probably right less often than experts from other fields because there's a lot more guesswork involved and markets are unpredictable. how many experts thought we should join the Euro?
Forecasts of a slowdown in growth is normal and was always gonna happen in the short term while we exit the EU, I voted out for the long term, if anything the fact that our economy will still grow while we go through the massive task of leaving the EU shows how strong the UK is.

In the link you posted she says there could be positive change in the EU if they switch focus to what compelled leave voters to vote why they did.
That's it.
She never said anything about failing, in fact saying she regrets that the British voted to leave. That's what the expert said.
