I doubt it, Deportation Orders from most countries usually come with strict rules about returning

Some try and abuse ECHR though like the member of a grooming gang who is fighting deportation on the grounds that he should stay here to be a 'role model to his son'.

You couldn't make this stuff up, Whatsmore he's using up valuable resources that could be used on genuine claimants.

Not seeing what your mate getting kicked out of Oz for being a knobhead has to do with leaving the ECHR.

Khan had told the hearing he wanted to stay in the UK to be a "role model" for his son and "teach him right from wrong".

Both men tried to use human rights laws as reasons not to be removed and said they both had certificates "renouncing" their Pakistani citizenship.
